EBMfest 2009 Vendor Info

Be Part of Toronto's longest running EBM-Electro-Industrial Festival!!!
For retail merchants and bands interested in vending at this year's festival, EBMfest 2009 will be selling vendor tables in the upstairs lounge/merchant room Holy Joe's. This opportunity is available to both Artists and Retail merchants in this scene. The vendor tables will be issued on a first come first serve basis.

Quantity: limited to 4 tables in total

Price: $100CAD/ $80USD per table.
Price includes two chairs, 4'x6' table, black table cloth, logos/brands on flyers, website, and posters as well as relevant links.

Note: no additional merchandise override will be charged by the venue and all proceeds from the vendor fee go to support the festival!

complete address details of business, contact information and credit card info will be required once application has been approved.

Restrictions: Retail merchants/bands are restricted to selling only their merchandise and related business products. They are forbidden to distribute controversial propaganda, raise funds for any organizations, or sell wares contrary to the agreement. But we are very open minded to the various retail markets out there that may have an interest in selling and marketing at our event!

Payment Options: All Major Credit Cards and PayPal is accepted. Use relevant link below ONCE application has been accepted!

Deadline: Preferred deadline for Vendor applications and payment is May 15, 2009 but we will be accepting applications up until a week before the festival provided your logo will NOT be presented in the flyers and posters currently to be printed in June 2009!

As a sponsor for this year's EBMfest your logo, brand, band or business will be exposed to over 1,000,000 people in Canada's largest city, TORONTO! during the course of three of the busiest tourist months in Toronto, CANADA!
Toronto home to some of the largest international events including Pride Week, Caribbanna CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) attracts millions of out of town visitors each year to these events and here at EBM Productions we want to maximize our exposure beyond the scene to build a greater audience!

The Plan
  • As a sponsor to EBMfest, you will have your logos and links connected to the official EBMfest 2009 website (http://www.ebmfest.toronto-goth.com)
  • Logos on all print advertisements which include limited run flyers, posters and 2 large full colour, 4' x 6' outdoor vinyl banners posted on sides of the Big Bop concert hall, home to EBMfest located at the corner of Bathurst Street & Queen Street West in Toronto (potential exposure to 1 million people over the course of three months!)
  • logos on outdoor banner will be of 1' x 1' size dimension, poster logos will relative to space available, logos will be on the front side of the flyer especially for sponsor patrons only

Once the application is accepted, the sponsor must provide a high resolution logo suitable for print, all requirements for print adds will be provided with application form.
